Sean Wilkes is the Founder and Owner of Northwall Safety Consulting, where his mission is simple: help organizations create safer environments through practical, professional safety solutions. With nearly a decade of law enforcement experience, Sean has dedicated his career to protecting people, reducing risk, and strengthening the communities he serves.
Throughout his career, Sean has served & currently serves in a variety of specialized assignments, including Tactical Support Unit, Career Criminal Unit, and as a Defensive Tactics Instructor and Less Lethal Instructor, where he trained fellow officers in critical response and safety techniques.
Currently, Sean serves as the Community Outreach Officer, working directly with residents, schools, businesses, and community organizations to build trust and improve public safety.
During this assignment, he earned his credentials as a Certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Practitioner, allowing him to provide professional safety assessments focused on reducing opportunities for crime through thoughtful environmental design.
Sean has completed numerous CPTED and safety surveys for schools, churches, businesses, multifamily housing communities, and other organizations, delivering comprehensive reports with practical, actionable recommendations tailored to each property’s unique needs.
At Northwall Safety Consulting, Sean combines real-world law enforcement experience with nationally recognized CPTED principles to help clients identify vulnerabilities before they become incidents.
