No. Northwall Safety Consulting is an independent consulting company focused on assessments, education, and professional recommendations. We do not sell security equipment, which allows our recommendations to remain focused on your actual needs rather than selling a specific product or service. 

Yes. If you already have security, maintenance, property management, or other service providers in place, Northwall can work alongside them. Our goal is to complement the resources you already have and help identify opportunities for improvement. 

Yes. Depending on the service provided, clients receive a professional report documenting observations, identified areas of concern, risk levels, and prioritized recommendations. We want you to clearly understand what was identified, why it matters, and what steps can be considered moving forward. 

Yes. In many cases, seeing how a property functions during normal operations provides valuable information. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate time and approach while minimizing disruption to employees, residents, customers, students, or visitors. 

There is no one-size-fits-all schedule. A reassessment may be beneficial after significant property changes, renovations, changes in operations, new safety concerns, or incidents. Periodic reviews can also help ensure existing safety measures continue to meet the needs of the property and the people who use it.
